I use a platform called Headway to handle my billing and insurance credentialing. Think of them as my administrative partner. They handle the "math" so that I can focus entirely on our clinical work together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my insurance cover our sessions?

While I am in-network with the plans above, every individual policy is different. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking: "Do I have a deductible for outpatient mental health, and what is my co-payment?"

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee of $65. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments. Therefore, you are personally responsible for the full cancellation or no-show fee; it cannot be billed to your insurance provider.
